Hello Chris, I was on the blog and Gull sailing homepage, and I am enjoying it very much. My son and I sailed a bit this weekend, and I saw on the homepage that I could maybe add something via an e-mail to you that fellow Gull owners might enjoy. We had some good inland lake breezes, so we took her out for a bit, and we also snapped a few pictures. My son Benny is the actual owner, the Gull was rescued from the side of a highway, and I gave it to him as a Christmas present ( after a restoration job in our garage.) So, we used the info from the manual you e-mailed me, and got things in fair working order. The sails are a bit blown out, but usable nonetheless. I realize the pictures are not what I originally wanted up, as I had hoped for a distance shot of us on board under full sail. Soon we will get some taken, and send those. So, for now, across the pond in Michigan, on a small inland lake, the Gull lives and breathes, after a long 7 years of neglect, sitting outside in cold Michigan winters.......Chow,
Mark and Benny

It still fascinates me to learn that there are Gulls in America!
